The boy that was a girl

My great niece Jessi was to have her son Preston on Mother's Day. He decided to come on Easter instead...and that he was really a she. So, Jessi has TONS of boy clothes and no girl things. (though i'm sure that's changing as I type). I decided to make her something for Lillian instead of running out and buying something quick. So I made my first crocheted clothing. I made a pinafore dress that is soooooo cute. It turned out to be really easy and quick to whip up. I will prolly make more of them when I get out of school for the summer to sell. Hope everyone's Easter was good.

Gone Crazy Crochet

I just learned to crochet in December of 2010. Since then I've gone a little nuts trying a zillion new projects. As a result, I have started a lot but only finished a few. Right now I'm working on a carseat blanket, an amish doll, a big afgan, a twin blanket, plus those little purses I just posted today. I also have tons of yarn, lol. Yesterday I got enough to make 2 baby blankets at the good will for 6 bucks....great deal.

I had a lot of people lately wonder why I am not selling what I make. I really like to just make things for people. But...since so many asked....I am going to post things I will sell on here. I don't think I will take "requests" for things because that takes the fun out of crafting for me. So keep looking every now and again. I don't have prices on things because that would be silly.
